FAQ's
Q:  How soon can I get my cards?
A:  Our cards are usually shipped between one to two business days after we receive your order. Arrival time depends on where you are. We ship First Class USPS unless you notify us that you require Priority Mail. Use our contact form if you need a RUSH.

Q:  What are your shipping costs?
A:  You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. 

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q:  Do you take suggestions for cards?
A:  Yes, indeed. We welcome any ideas you might have for illustrations, sentiments, and/or gag lines. Use our Contact Form.

Q.: Can I have a card with my dog on it?
A:  We have and will fill custom illustration orders. There is, of course, an illustration fee. Use our contact form to let us know  your occasion and requirements and we will email you an estimate.

Q:  Do you have any Skipperkees in your collection?
A:  We produce new illustrations on a regular basis. A Skipperkee may well be our next inspiration. Sign up for our PawPrints Newsletter to discover the latest design. We're drawing as fast as we can.

Q:  I am a retailer and would like to carry your cards. Do you offer wholesale pricing?
A:  Absolutely. We would love to spread our puppy love. Contact us with your postal address and we will mail you all the information you need to order wholesale.

Q:  Where can I find your cards other than online?
A:  We are  regular weekly  vendors at the Golden Hill Farmer's Market in San Diego. We also set up shop at dog-related events and  fairs such as San Diego's Annual Doggie Street Festival, Balboa Barks in Balboa Park, Cardiff's Dog Days of Summer, Labrador Harbor's Canine Cancer Walk, and other events where we feel our products might be of interest.

















Q:  What's up with the cats in your collection?
A:  While we focus primarily on Fido, we do have a non-discrimination policy at our company. So yes, occasionally a feline wanders into our collection. We believe in tolerance.

Q:  Where did Pepper learn to draw?
A:  Pepper does not draw. Barbara does, and she is self-taught.
